Anonymous analytics: PostHog event data (EU host), Vercel Speed Insights, Microsoft Clarity heatmaps.
Operational: server logs (IP, user agent) retained 30 days for security.

Who we share it with

Processors only: Sanity (CMS), Supabase (DB), Resend (email), Loops (lifecycle), PostHog, Vercel (host), Cloudflare (anti-spam). No third-party sale.
